超早强硫铝酸盐水泥胶砂的制备与性能研究
Preparation and Performance of Ultra High Early Strength Sulphoaluminate Cement Mortar
【摘要】 通过加入研配的硫铝酸盐水泥专用复合外加剂,配制出早期强度高,流动性好,凝结时间适中的硫铝酸盐水泥基材料。并对其强度、粘结性、抗裂性、体积稳定性、抗冻性、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能等进行研究。研究结果表明:制备的硫铝酸盐水泥胶砂4 h和1 d抗压强度可达43.7 MPa和54.4 MPa,具有良好的抗冻性、抗硫酸侵蚀性能,并能与普通硅酸盐水泥胶砂很好的粘结。
【Abstract】 By adding special compound additive for sulphoaluminate cement,the sulphoaluminate cementbased material was prepared with high early strength,good fluidity and controllable setting time. Strength,cohesiveness,crack resistance,volume change,frost resistance,and resistance to sulfate attack were studied. The results show that the sulphoaluminate cement mortar compressive strength of 4 h and 1 d reach 43. 7 MPa and 54. 4 MPa respectively. And the performance of frost resistance,sulphate corrosion resistance,and the cohesiveness with portland cement mortar is excellent.
