La2O3对SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO系统玻璃结构与性能的影响
Influence of La2O3 on Structure and Properties of SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO Glasses
【摘要】 采用高温熔融法制备了SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO系统玻璃,研究添加La2O3对SiO2-Al2O3-Ca O-Mg O系统玻璃密度、耐碱性、弹性模量以及析晶上限温度的影响,并借助红外光谱对玻璃的结构进行研究。结果表明:随着La2O3含量从0升高至5wt%,玻璃的网络结构发生改变;玻璃的密度和摩尔体积均增大;玻璃的耐碱性能降低;弹性模量从90.5 GPa增加至93.6 GPa后降低,最大值对应的La2O3含量为3wt%;析晶上限温度从1224℃降低至1209℃后增加至1212℃,最后趋于不变,在La2O3添加含量为2wt%时达到最低温度。
【Abstract】 The SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO glasses were prepared by high temperature melting method. The effects of La2O3 content on the density,resistance to alkali,elastic modulus and the upper limit of crystallization temperature of SiO2-Al2O3-Ca O-Mg O glasses were studied,and then the structure of glass was characterized by FT-IR Spectrometer. With the increasing of La2O3 from 0 to 5wt%,the glass network changed,the density and molar volume of glass increased,while,alkali resistance of the glass decreased. The elastic modulus of glass increased from 90. 5 GPa to 93. 6 GPa when the La2O3 content varied from 0 to 5wt%,then decreased. The La2O3 content of the maximum elastic modulus value was3wt%. The upper limit of crystallization temperature decreased from 1224 ℃ to 1209 ℃,then increased to be a constant at 1212 ℃. The La2O3 content was 2wt% when the temperature was lowest.
