给水管网生物膜对致病菌及消毒副产物影响研究进展

【摘要】 生物膜作为饮用水输配过程中形成的会带来细菌二次增殖的根源,受到了世界范围内的广泛关注。简单阐述了生物膜的形成及其微生物群落结构,着重讨论了致病菌初期附着及后续致病菌的寄生生活或"居住"在生物膜上的生存方式,分析了作为消毒副产物前驱物的生物膜对消毒副产物的贡献,并提出了今后研究的重点及方向。

【Abstract】 Recently,researchers have paid much attention to the biofilm for the reason that biofilm could bring a significant bacterial multiplication in drinking water distribution system. In this paper,we introduced the formation and the microbial community characteristics of biofilm in the drinking water distribution system. The life style of the pathogenic bacteria,initial attachment and subsequent proliferation of parasitism or "living"on the biofilm were discussed in detail. The contribution of biofilm as a precursor to disinfection by-products( DBPs) formation was also reviewed in this research. Moreover,the future research prospect relative to biofilm was proposed in this paper.
