2-萘酚高盐有机废水的资源化处理应用研究
Resource Recovery Treatment of 2-naphthol Organic Saline Wastewater
【摘要】 2-萘酚高盐有机废水的传统处理工艺通常面临处理费用过高或二次污染严重等问题。为此,提出了一种针对2-萘酚高盐有机废水资源化处理的系统,主要包括萃取结晶工艺、MVR浓缩工艺及高温回转氧化工艺,低成本实现了2-萘酚高盐有机废水的资源化利用,减少了产品的原料消耗,显著降低了废水的处理费用,实现了污染物的零排放。
【Abstract】 The traditional treatment process of 2-naphthol organic saline wastewater has been criticized for high treatment cost and serious pollution. This paper provided a 2-naphthol organic saline wastewater recycling treatment system,including an extraction and crystallization process,MVR concentration technology,and a high temperature rotary oxidation process. The recovery of various valuable resources in 2-naphthol organic wastewater with high salinity was achieved,which significantly reduced the cost of wastewater treatment and accomplished zero discharge of pollutants.
