全局敏感性分析在LID措施选择中的应用研究

【摘要】 提出了一种在特定区域的雨洪系统规划中利用全局敏感性分析优选LID措施的方法。采用EFAST法对研究区域的SWMM模型中8项水文参数进行全局敏感性分析,得到对径流总量最敏感的参数是不渗透面积百分比(%imperv)、最大入渗速率(MaxRate)、最小入渗速率(MinRate),对峰值流量最敏感的参数是不渗透面积百分比(%imperv)、不渗透面积的曼宁值(N-Imperv)、渗透面积中洼地蓄水深度(S-Perv)。通过分析敏感参数与水文机制及LID措施的内在联系,优选出透水铺装和植草沟分别作为控制径流总量和峰值流量的措施。将两项措施加入模型中,对比模拟计算结果可知,透水铺装对径流总量的削减效果优于植草沟,而植草沟则可更有效地降低雨洪的峰值流量,表明优选出的两种措施确实对各自的目标指标具有更好的控制效果。研究结果证明了敏感性分析方法对于LID措施的选择是一种有效的辅助决策技术手段。

【Abstract】 A method to optimize LID measures using sensitivity analysis in the planning of flood management in a specific area was proposed. The EFAST method was used to analyze the global sensitivity towards eight hydrological parameters in an established SWMM. The three most sensitive parameters to the runoff volume were % imperv,MaxRate and MinRate,while the three most sensitive parameters to the peak flow were % imperv,N-Imperv and S-Perv. The internal relationships between the sensitive parameters,the hydrological mechanism and LID measures were analyzed. The permeable pavement and grassed swales were selected as better measures for runoff volume and peak flow control,correspondingly. Added the two measures into the model and the results showed that the two LID measures had better performance for their respective control target. Therefore,the sensitivity analysis method could be used as an effective technology to assist the planning of LID measures.
