【摘要】 海绵城市建设作为一种可持续的城市发展方式,已经逐步从国家试点到省市试点建设铺开。成都市高新区在海绵城市建设中进行了探索和实践,通过系统本底分析评估,识别存在的问题和建设需求,明确了海绵城市建设总体目标、制定了建设策略和管控要求,构建了"四水"工程体系,确定了主要海绵设施用地布局和规模,分解并落实了各管理控制单元规划指标,引领高新区海绵城市建设开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a sustainable urban development approach,the sponge city construction has been expanded gradually from a national pilot program to provincial and city-level pilot programs. Gaoxin District in Chengdu City has carried out exploration and practice in the sponge city construction. Through systematic analysis,existing problems and construction requirements was identified and the overall targets of the sponge city construction was defined. The construction strategy and control requirements were formulated. The "four water"project system was established,and the planning of the sponge facilities,layout and scale was determined. The planning indices were defined and implemented for each control unit.This planning is leading the development of Gaoxin District sponge city construction.更多还原
