天津滨海新区自来水嗅味事件成因分析及应急处理

【摘要】 2016年6月,滨海新区部分地区自来水出现嗅味异常问题,经过对水源水和自来水水质的检测分析,确定了致嗅物质为土臭素,且释放土臭素的藻类为鱼腥藻。试验结果表明,水源水中的土臭素主要存在于鱼腥藻细胞内,但在出厂水中,大部分的土臭素已被释放到水中,且呈溶解态。针对土臭素的应急处理,采用粉末活性炭吸附技术,当取水口距离水厂位置较远时,建议在取水口附近和水厂进水口均投加活性炭;当取水口距离水厂位置较近时,建议在取水口附近或水厂进水口投加活性炭。自6月19日,在事发地区取水口上游投加10 mg/L的粉末活性炭,并在水厂进水口处二次投加5 mg/L的粉末活性炭,6月20日,出厂水基本上无异味,用户投诉减少。

【Abstract】 In June 2016,an odor event occurred in the drinking water system in Tianjin Binhai New Area. After the raw water and drinking water were tested,it showed that the odorous compound was geosmin released by the Anabaena. The geosmin in raw water mainly remained in the intracellular algal cells and was mostly dissolved into the water after treatment. In the emergent treatment,powered activated carbon was used to remove geosmin. For a water plant distant from the water source,the powered activated carbon was added at both the water source and the plant inlet. For a water plant near the water source,the powered activated carbon was added at either the water source or the plant inlet. On 19 June,10 mg/L of powered activated carbon was added into the water source and 5 mg/L was added at the plant inlet. On 20 June,the odor almost disappeared and the number of customer complains decreased.
