树脂吸附法深度处理焦化废水生化尾水

【摘要】 以氨基化超高交联吸附树脂NDA-802吸附技术为核心,以焦化厂污水处理站的生化尾水为处理对象,开发了"混凝沉淀+砂滤+NDA-802树脂吸附"深度处理工艺,并实现了工程化应用。在控制树脂吸附流速为6 BV/h的条件下,以4%的HCl和6%的Na OH为脱附液,该工艺可将焦化废水生化尾水中的COD、SS、色度分别从120~150 mg/L、30~50 mg/L、100~150倍稳定降至80 mg/L、5 mg/L、20倍以下,达到了《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012),并实现了部分处理出水的回用。

【Abstract】 A combined process of "coagulation-sedimentation/sand filtration/resin adsorption"was developed for advanced treatment of the bio-treated coking wastewater,and the optimized adsorption resin was aminated hyper-cross-linked polymeric adsorbent NDA-802. The resin adsorption was performed at a flow velocity of 6 bed volumes( BV) per hour,using 4% HCl and 6% Na OH as the regeneration reagent. The combined process could effectively reduce COD,SS and chromaticity in the bio-treated sewage from 120-150 mg/L,30-50 mg/L and 100-150 degrees to less than 80 mg/L,5 mg/L,and 20 degrees,respectively. The effluent not only met the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry( GB 16171-2012),but also could be partially used as recycled water in production.
