气力式小粒径种子排种器推种轮的齿形分析
Tooth profile of seed pushing wheel of seedmeter for pneumatic small-size
【摘要】 【目的】针对小粒径排种器在播种时,排种轮窝眼孔堵塞的问题,设计了一种内嵌式的推种装置,其推种轮能够平稳地与排种轮的窝眼孔进行啮合.【方法】通过"反转法"的原理,推导出通用推种轮齿形的曲线方程.【结果】确定了不同排种轮半径R、窝眼孔直径X和数量N所对应的推种轮的齿形曲线,以及基圆半径r、齿数n、最大齿厚角γ、最大推程Δymax和最小推程Δymin等轮齿参数.【结论】依据推导出的齿形公式成功设计出了适用于气力式小粒径排种器的推种装置.
【Abstract】 【Objective】Designing an embedded seed pushing device to solve the clogging of cell hole when sowing with small-sized seedmeter and make the seed pushing wheel smoothly engaged with the cell hole of sowing wheel.【Method】Universal curve equation of seed pushing tooth was deduced through the principle of‘reversal’.【Result】The research identified different curve equations of seed pushing tooth corresponding to sowing wheel radius R,diameter Xand the number N of cell hole and the base radius r,the number of teeth n,the maximum angleγof tooth thickness,the maximum shift Δymax and minimum shift Δymax.【Conclusion】A seed pushing device for pneumatic small-size seedmeter was designed according to the derived formula for tooth profile.
