小型割草压扁机压扁系统的试验研究

【摘要】 【目的】针对大中型牧草收获机械不能适应小地块种植的苜蓿收获作业,研制了一种可一次完成拨禾、切割、压扁、输送和集条铺放的小型割草压扁机.【方法】采用正交试验方法,依据牧草收获的农艺要求选取高压扁率和低碎草损失率为评价指标,进行了田间收获压扁性能实验,获得了方案的最优组合.【结果】作业过程中牧草的喂入量为2.089kg/s、压扁辊压扁间隙为4.0mm、压扁辊安装倾斜角度为15°时作业效果最好,压扁率为91.35%,碎草损失率为4.58%.【结论】这种小型割草压扁机基本符合山地、丘陵和梯田种植的苜蓿收获作业要求.

【Abstract】 【Objective】A small mower crusher was developed to solve the harvesting operation of small plots planted alfalfa.The haybine enables to finish reeling,cutting,flattening,transporting and concentrated laying at one time.【Method】Using the orthogonal test,selecting the high flattening ratio and less losses of crushed grass as evaluating indicators according to the agronomic requirements of forage harvest,flattening performance was tested in the field to obtained the optimal combination for flattening grass.【Result】It worked most effectively with the feeding rate of 2.089 kg/s,flattening gap of 4.0 mm,tilt angle of flattened roll at 15°,with the flattening rate and crushed grass loss rate of 91.35% and 4.58%.【Conclusion】The small-scale forage crusher could meet the operation demand of alfalfa harvest planted on the mountains,hills and terraces.
