光照强度对麦蓝菜生物量及王不留行黄酮苷含量的影响
Effects of light intensity on biomass and content of vaccarin
【摘要】 【目的】探讨光照强度对麦蓝菜生物量及王不留行黄酮苷含量的影响.【方法】以盆栽麦蓝菜为材料,采用75%光照(L1)、50%光照(L2)、25%光照(L3)和全光照(L0)4种光照强度处理麦蓝菜,分别测定处理后第15天、第30天和第45天麦蓝菜根、茎、叶、种子生物量以及王不留行黄酮苷的含量和产量.【结果】不同光照强度处理第15天,75%光照条件下麦蓝菜根、茎、叶的生物量最高,处理后第30天和第45天,根、茎、叶及种子的生物量以全光照处理组最高,并与其他各组差异显著(P<0.05);75%光照强度有利于提高麦蓝菜根、茎、叶和种子中王不留行黄酮苷的含量;而在全光照条件下麦蓝菜根、茎、叶、种子各器官王不留行黄酮苷产量达最高.【结论】全光照处理条件下可兼顾麦蓝菜的生物量与王不留行黄酮苷含量,获得药材最佳的产量和品质.
【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the effect of light intensity on biomass of vaccarin content.【Method】With V.segetalis cultured in pot as materials,treating V.segetalis by four light intensities,including 100,75,50 and 25% of full light intensity.Biomass and vaccarin content in roots,stems,leaves and seeds were determined respectively after being treated for 15 d,30 dand 45 d.【Result】The maximum biomass of roots,stems and leaves appeared at 75% of full light intensity after 15 dtreatment,and the highest biomass of roots,stems,leaves and seeds were obtained at full light intensity after 30 dand 40 dtreatment and significantly(P<0.05)higher than that of other groups.It was favorable to increase vaccarin content of roots,stems,leaves and seeds at 75% of full light intensity,while the maximum vaccarin yields of different organs were found at full light intensity.【Conclusion】Considering biomass and vaccarin content,V.seglitis was suggested to plant at full light intensity to get the best yield and quality.
