多元掺杂光催化材料的表征及对苯酚的氧化
Characterization of multi-elements doped photocatalytic material and its function of phenol oxidation
【摘要】 为拓宽光催化材料的感光范围,提高太阳光利用率,制备煤源多元素掺杂二氧化钛,经XRD、XPS和SEM等技术表征并应用在苯酚的氧化降解中.结果表明:煤源多元素掺杂二氧化钛是无定型纳米材料;其表面呈不连续蚓突、不规则凹陷和皲裂带、间或大孔径空穴;煤中多元素参与了成键,不同煤掺杂样品的XPS谱红移程度不同;催化材料存在多个活性位点,其活性明显高于单元掺杂的其它光催化剂;多元掺杂能使苯酚转化率显著提高,且不同掺杂催化剂活性不同,光解产物的种类和数量差别较大.
【Abstract】 In order to widen the photosensitive range and improve the utilization of solar light,coal-source multi-element doped titania was prepared,characterized by XRD,XPS and SEM technique,and utilized to oxidation degradation of phenol.The result showed that the doped titania would be amorphous nano-material with discontinuous earthworm ripple,unequal sinks and chapped belt,and occasional pits with large diameter on its surface.Multiple elements in coal would participate in bonding and the red shift degree of XPS spectrum of the specimen doped with different coals would be different.The catalytical materials would have multiple active spots and its activity would remarkably higher than that of other photo-catalysts doped with single element.Multi-element doping could make the conversion rate of phenol improved obviously,the activity of different doping catalysts would be different,and the difference of species and amount of photolytic products would be larger.
