【摘要】 《体育之研究》是构成青年毛泽东体育思想的核心篇章和形成标志,是中国近现代体育史料中的经典文论。研究认为,中国古代哲学、德国泡尔生的"意志主义"和辩证法的运用构成了《体育之研究》的哲学基础。欲图体育之有效,非动其主观,促其自觉不可;体育运动之根本,"文明其精神,野蛮其体魄";体育运动之方法,应多少兼顾,少者不必不善;体育科学之研究,力图发展理论,争取解决问题等观点,一定程度上,彰显了《体育之研究》所蕴含的精深的思想内涵。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Study of Physical Education is the core passage and the formation sign that make up Mao Zedong’s thought about physical education. It is also one of the classical theoretical texts in the history of modern Chinese physical education. It has been proved through study that Chinese ancient philosophy, Friedrich Paulsen’s theory concerning will and dialectics constitute the philosophical basis of this book. In order to make physical education effective, the subjective and initiative activities should be aroused;the essence of physical activity is "to civilize the spirit and exercise the physique"; the ways of doing exercises should take into account both "the more and the less", and "the less"needn’t be mismanaged; the study of physical science should try to develop the theory and solve the problem. The above mentioned ideas, to some extent, just highlight the profound ideological connotation of The Study of Physical Education.更多还原
