23种芳香胺的气相色谱分离

23 Species of Aromatic Amines Separated by Gas Chromatography

【摘要】 禁用偶氮染料可在一定条件下还原分解出致癌芳香胺。本文建立了23种芳香胺的气相色谱(GC)分离测定方法,考察了DB-5和DB-17两种型号气相色谱柱对23种芳香胺混合物的分离检测,找到各芳香胺都可以得到分离的色谱条件,其中非极性色谱柱DB-5对2,4,5-三甲基苯胺和2-甲氧基-5-甲基苯胺以及4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷和联苯胺实现完全分离,而中等极性色谱柱DB-17可以将同分异构体2,4-二甲基苯胺和2,6-二甲基苯胺完全分离。

【Abstract】 In certain conditions,banned azo dyes can be decomposed into carcinogenic aromatic amines. Separation and determination for 23 aromatic amines by gas chromatography(GC) was established. Two GC columns,DB-5 and DB-17,was investigated to detach and detect the mixture which containing 23 aromatic amines. A appropriate chromatography condition was developed which could detach the aromatic amines completely. With the non-polar column DB-5,2,4,5-trimethylaniline,2-methoxy-5-methylaniline,4,4’-methylenedianiline,and 4,4’-dia minobiphenyl could be fully separated. Isomerides 2,4-dimethylaniline and 2,6-dimethylaniline were completely isolated by medium polarity column DB-17.
