草炭替代物及其复配基质的理化性质研究

【摘要】 [目的]检测研究草炭替代物及其复配基质的理化性质。[方法]以经典无土育苗基质配方(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=3∶1∶1)为参照,将粉碎的玉米秸秆和菇渣2种有机废料按不同体积配比替代草炭,并分别与蛭石、珍珠岩和草炭依比例配制成12种育苗基质。[结果]研究发现添加菇渣或秸秆较少的复配基质容重接近于对照,各复配基质总孔隙度变化不大,通气孔隙和持水孔隙变化较大,水气比变化较为明显,使用较少草炭替代物的基质水气比较为合理;各复配基质p H的变化较小,随着草炭替代物添加比例的增加,复配基质的电导率逐渐增加,添加菇渣处理的复配基质有机质含量变化不明显。[结论]本实验所采取的配制方式完全符合育苗基质复配原则,可以采取。

【Abstract】 [Objective] This study was to explore the physical and chemical properties of substitute complex of peat. [Method] The experiment was conducted to study physicochemical properties of 2 kinds of organic wastes, crushed corn straw and mushroom residue. Taking classic Soilless Seedling Substrate(peat∶vermiculite∶perlite =3∶1∶1 by volume ratio) as reference, these two organic wastes were mixed with vermiculite, perlite and peat by varying proportions into 12 kinds of nursery matrix. [Result] After adding less mushroom residue or straw compound matrix, the bulk density of were close to that of the control. Difference among the compound matrix porosity were little. Changing of aeration porosity, pore water pressure and water vapor ratio variation were larger. Matrix moisture with less peat substitutes were relatively reasonable; the compound substrate p H changed a little. With peat substitutes add ratio increasing, compound matrix had a gradual chang in conductivity. And adding mushroom residue, compound matrix content of organic matter was not obvious.[Conclusion] The preparation method in this experiment was adopted to the principles of substitute complex of peat, and could be taken for further study.
