【Abstract】 Demonstration project of agricultural cleaner production was an effective way to promote the recovery and reuse of waste plastic film in farmland and prevent the agricultural source pollution. It could also ensure the sustainable development of agricultural rural economy. In practice from the the nine agricultural cleaner-production-demonstration areas construction in Liaoning, the current technical mode and construction status and the main problems in the current construction were summerized.
