草炭替代物复配对苦瓜幼苗生长及其质量的影响

【摘要】 [目的]研究12种草炭替代物对苦瓜幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以经典无土育苗基质配方(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=3∶1∶1)为参照,将粉碎的玉米秸秆和菇渣2种有机废料按不同体积配比替代草炭,并分别与蛭石、珍珠岩和草炭依比例配制成12种育苗基质培育苦瓜幼苗。[结果]T3和T8处理的苦瓜穴盘苗生长健壮,根系发达,生理上受到的胁迫小,叶绿素含量高,光合能力稍强,穴盘苗质量较高。随着草炭替代物添加比例的增加,苦瓜出苗率呈逐渐下降趋势,50%的菇渣和33.3%的秸秆替代草炭是在不影响苦瓜出苗率的基础上的最大替代量。[结论]该试验结果为选择理想的新型苦瓜育苗基质提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to study the effect of balsam pear seedling growth and quality with twelve nursery matrix. [Method] Taking soilless culture substrate peat ∶vermiculite ∶perlite =3 ∶1 ∶1 as control, the crushed corn straw mushroom residue were used with different proportion instead of peat. The vermiculite,pearlite and peat were mixed into twelve kinds of nursery matrix,which were used for seedling cultivation.[Result] The results show that balsam pear seedlings of T3 and T8 treatments had strong root system, small physiological stress, high chlorophyll content, strong seedling quality. With the increasing of peat substitute proportion, balsam pear seedling emergence rate showed declining trend, 50% mushroom residue and 33.3%straw instead of peat were the maximum amount substitute. [Conclusion] The study could provide references for the balsam pear seedling cultivation.
