不同浓度的表面活性剂对小麦种子萌发生理活性的影响
Effect of Different Concentration of Surface Active Agent on Seed Germination and Physiological Activity of Wheat
【摘要】 [目的]为探讨不同浓度皂液处理小麦(Triticumaestivum L)种子后产生的生物学效应。[方法]用不同浓度的皂液(0、3、6、9、12、15、18 mg/L)培养小麦种子,测量小麦种子萌发率和幼苗的生长状况以及各处理后细胞内含物变化。[结果]结果表明:在低浓度皂液(0~6mg/L)处理下的小麦种子发芽率高,可溶性糖、蛋白质、叶绿素、核酸含量较高,6 mg/L皂液处理下小麦发芽率最高,12 mg/L皂液处理下小麦生长速度最高。[结论]随皂液浓度增大到18 mg/L,幼苗生长受到抑制。
【Abstract】 [Objective] In order to explore effect of different concentration of surface active agent on seed germination and physiological activity of Wheat. [Method] Treating the seeds with different concentration(0,3,6,9,12,15,18 mg/L) of soap solution, the growth status of seeds and the content of the inclusions were compared. [Result] After treated by low concentration of soap solution(0~6 mg/L), the wheat seeds had high growth ability and content of soluble sugar, protein, chlorophyll, nucleic acid. The wheat seeds treated by 6 mg/L soap solution had highest germination rate and wheat seeds treated by 12 mg/L soap solution had highest growth ability. While seedlings treated with 18 mg/L of soap solution showed to inhibited.
