催化电解亚氯酸钠制备高纯二氧化氯

【摘要】 采用热分解法在钛金属片表面制得氧化铈(CeO2)、氧化钨(WO3)和氧化钌(RuO2)催化层,以扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)表征电极的形貌和晶体结构。以该电极为阳极,电解亚氯酸钠制备二氧化氯,考察了不同金属氧化物、反应物浓度、温度和电压等因素对二氧化氯产生的影响。结果表明,氧化钌催化电解亚氯酸钠的活性要远优于氧化钨和氧化铈。当NaClO2浓度相差较大时,电解得到的二氧化氯浓度也相差较大,但电解转化率相差不大。温度越高,反应转化率和二氧化氯浓度也越高,20,40,60℃下电解0.1mol/L NaClO2转化率分别为93.5%,98.1%和99.8%,产生的二氧化氯浓度分别达到6 212,6 343和6 618mg/L,在不同电压下电解NaClO2,电压越高,二氧化氯浓度和转化率也越大,但电压越高,由于副反应的加剧,会导致单位耗电量的大幅增加。与8V下相比,12和15V电压下电解得到的二氧化氯总量分别增加了16.9%和39.3%,但单位耗电量却分别增加了54.5%和190.7%。

【Abstract】 Catalytic layer of CeO2,WO3 and RuO2 were obtained on the surface of titanium metal plate by thermal decomposition method.The morphology and microstructure characterization of the metal oxides were conducted by SEM and XRD.Chlorine dioxide wasprepared by electrolysis with these metal plates as anode.The effect of multiple parameters including meal oxide species,reactant concentration,temperatureand reaction voltage on chlorine dioxide production were investigated.The results showed that the catalytic activity of RuO2 was much better than WO3 and CeO2.Significant different NaClO2 concentration definitely resulted in significant different ClO2 concentration,but slightly in reaction conversion rate.Higher temperature led to higher reaction rate of 93.5%,98.1% and 99.8% and higher ClO2 concentration of 6 212,6 343 and 6 618mg/L at 20,40,60 ℃,respectively.Electrolysisof NaClO2 washeavily dependent on voltage.The higher voltage resulted in higher chlorine dioxide and conversionrate,but larger per power consumption due to the intensified side reaction at the high voltage.The total mass of ClO2 increased by 16.9% and 39.3%,but the per power consumption increased by 88.1% and 190.7% at voltage of 12 and 15Vcompared with 8V.
