偏高岭土对泡沫磷酸盐水合陶瓷性能影响
Effect of metakaolin on performance of foamed phosphaste hydro-ceramics
【摘要】 以死烧氧化镁、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂等为原料,采用物理发泡法室温制备了干表观密度在800kg/m~3左右的泡沫磷酸盐水合陶瓷(MPCF)。研究了偏高岭土替代死烧氧化镁掺入对泡沫磷酸盐水合陶瓷力学性能、干表观密度的影响,同时研究了所制备泡沫磷酸盐水合陶瓷在不同温度煅烧后的结构和性能演化。结果表明,偏高岭土替代死烧氧化镁掺入在有效降低泡沫磷酸盐水合陶瓷干表观密度同时,能够提高其抗压强度。此外,掺偏高岭土泡沫磷酸盐水合陶瓷经历不同温度煅烧后,能够保持相对较高的残余抗压强度和相对较低的干表观密度。
【Abstract】 Foamed phosphate hydro-ceramic with dry bulk density of about 800kg/m~3 has been prepared by adding various content of metakaolin(MK)to replace parts of dead burnt MgO through mechanical foaming process at room temperature.The mechanical properties,microstructures and the properties after calcination of the samples have also been studied.The addition of MK could improve the compressive strength of the sample.Meanwhile,the addition of MK could also improve the thermal stability of the sample.The relatively high residual compressive and low dry bulk density of the sample after calcinations has been observed.
