【摘要】 目的评估中药口疮消痛散对口腔黏膜病的临床疗效。方法选择来我院就诊的门诊口腔黏膜病患者及入院的口腔黏膜病患者,依照患者意愿进行分组,试验组采用口疮消痛散,对照组采用西瓜霜喷剂进行治疗,记录治疗效果,对数据进行统计分析;对疼痛疗效进行计分评定。结果通过临床应用进行统计,中药口疮消痛散的有效率达99.48%,临床疗效优于对照组(69.12%);患者疼痛VAS值下降明显。结论中药口疮消痛散治疗口腔黏膜病无刺激、无腐蚀作用,能够迅速解除口腔溃疡疼痛症状,具有消肿、敛创、促愈合、缩短治疗时间、减少复发次数或不复发等显著特点,并认为可作为治疗口腔黏膜病的首选药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Kouchuang Xiatong powder in treating oral mucosal diseases.Methods Patients with oral mucosal diseases admitted in Zhengzhou Sixth People’s Hospital were divided into the control group and the treatment group according the patients’ mind.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Kouchuang Xiatong powder,while patients in the control group were given watermelon frost spray.All the above cases were comparatively analyzed,and further proceed with a statistical analysis.Results It was shown by the analysis that the treatment group revealed a total effective rate of 99.48%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.12%).The VAS value of patients decreased significantly.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine Kouchuang Xiatong powder is an effective drug for oral mucosal diseases.It is a drug that does not irritate tissues,has no corrosive effect,and with high safety to human bodies.It can quickly help to reduce pain and swelling,heal the wounds,shorten the treatment time,decrease the number of relapses or even totally prevent patients from the recrudescence of the disease.So it can be considered as the first choice for the treatment of oral mucosal diseases.更多还原
