【摘要】 目的探索剖宫产术后患者的观察护理经验。方法收集149例剖宫产术后患者刀口、宫缩、恶露、二便、乳汁分泌情况,关心体贴患者,介绍术后注意事项,据自身不同情况应用抗生素,按摩子宫,调畅二便,调理饮食,指导按需母乳喂养。结果149例剖宫产术后患者心理健康,宫缩具体,恶露正常,二便通畅,刀口长势良好,乳汁分泌充足,掌握母乳喂养的要领。结论剖宫产术后的患者有着不同的身心变化,通过谈心说情,解惑释疑,帮助患者从心理上成长为一个妈妈,注意术后严密观察生命体征及病情变化,防止并发症的发生,加强营养,多休息,促其早日恢复健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the observation and nursing experience of patients after cesarean section. Methods 149 cases of cesarean section patients about their incisions,uterine contraction,lochia,toilet and lactescence were collected. The matters attentions were introduced. According to situation,antibiotic medicine was applied. Massaging the uterus,regulating toilet,dieting and breast feeding on demand also were carried out. Results 149 cases of patients had metal health,took a good uterine contraction,and had normal lochia and toilet. The incisions grew well,lactescence was adequate,and all of them grasped the important of breast feeding. Conclusion For the patients after cesarean section,they have different physical and metal changes. We should help them become a really mom through talking heart-to-heart and explaining their confusion. We should pay attention to vital signs and disease changes,in order to prevent the occurrence of complications. The patients also need strength nutrition,take more rest in order to recover early.更多还原
