【摘要】 目的观察综合疗法治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法按入院先后顺序将60例研究对象随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均给予脑血管病的常规药物治疗、井穴麦粒灸和现代康复治疗,在此基础上,治疗组采用刘氏毫火针治疗,对照组采用电针治疗。4周为一个疗程,治疗前及治疗1个疗程后分别采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、临床痉挛指数(CSS)、简式Fugl-Meyer量表(SFMA)和功能独立性评定(FIM)评定患者上下肢肌张力、肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力的改善情况。结果两组患者治疗后MAS、CSS、SFMA和FIM评分均优于治疗前,且两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合疗法治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪具有较好的临床疗效,且刘氏毫火针优于电针疗法,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Combined therapy in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into Liu’s filiform-heated needling group( treatment group) and electroacupuncture group( control group) by the order of hospital admission time,and each group had 30 patients. All patients were treated with conventional medicines,grained-sized moxibustion at Jing acupoints and modern rehabilitation. On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Liu’s filiform-needing,while the control group was treated with electroacupuncture. One course of treatment contained 4 weeks. Before and after a course,each patient was assessed the improvement of the side limbs’ muscular tension,limbs movement functions and the ability of daily activities by Modified Ashworth Scale( MAS),Composite Spasticity Scale( CSS),Simple Fugl-Meyer Assessment( SFMA) and Functional Independent Measurement( FIM). Results The scores of MAS,CSS,SFMA and FIM after treatment were superior to those before treatment. There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment and control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Combined therapy has a better clinical effect on treating the Spastic paralysis after stroke,and Liu’s filiform-heated needling is better than electroacupuncture therapy,and is worthy of further research.更多还原
