【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合疗法防治冠状动脉支架植入术后再狭窄的临床疗效。方法选择2011年1月—2015年12月我院收治符合纳入标准的冠状动脉植入术后患者138例,随机分为对照组68例和观察组70例,对照组常规使用抗血小板、降压、降脂等西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上再加服活血化瘀中药,连续治疗6个月后,对两组患者胸痛、心电图改变、病变血管再狭窄程度进行比较。结果治疗后两组主要临床症状、心电图表现均明显改善,观察组的改善率明显高于对照组,观察组的血管再狭窄率明显低于对照组,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀通络疗法对于防治冠状动脉支架植入后再狭窄疗效确切而显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the prevention and treatment of restenosis after coronary artery stent implantation. Methods From January 2011 to December 2015 in our hospital,138 cases of patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria of coronary artery after implantation were randomly divided into control group of 68 cases and observation group of 70 cases. The control group used conventional antiplatelet,antihypertensive,lipid-lowering medicine and other treatment. The observation group took activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine on the basis of conventional western medicine. 6 months after treatment,the chest pain,ECG changes and the restenosis degree between the two groups was compared,respectively. Result After treatment,the main clinical symptoms and heart in uniform of the two groups were obviously improved,the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the rate of improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the restenosis rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy for prevention of coronary artery restenosis after stent implantation has significant effect.更多还原
