非编码核糖核酸在心房颤动中的研究现状

【摘要】 心房颤动是临床发病率最高的心律失常,可诱发心力衰竭、卒中及外周血管栓塞等致死性心脑血管疾病。随着全球人口老龄化加剧,心房颤动患者逐年增加,造成巨大的社会和经济负担。目前,药物是心房颤动临床治疗的主要手段,然而药物治疗的有效率低,并存在致心律失常的风险。近年来,非编码核糖核酸(RNAs)在个体发育及多种疾病的发生发展中的重要作用日益显现。越来越多研究表明,非编码RNAs与心房颤动的发生和维持密切相关。阐明非编码RNAs在心房颤动中的作用及调控机制,建立心房颤动相关非编码RNAs交互网络,对临床早期预测患者心房颤动易感性,发现新的药物治疗靶点及评估患者预后情况具有重要意义。本文综述非编码RNAs在心房颤动研究中的新进展。

【Abstract】 Atrial fibrillation(AF) is one of the most serious arrhythmias with high morbidity and mortality in clinic,which usually results in stroke,heart failure and peripheral vascular embolization,etc.Its prevalence is set to increase with widespread population ageing,causing enormous economic and social burden.Currently,medication is the common treatment method for atrial fibrillation.However,there is inefficient with a risk of arrhythmia.In recent years, noncoding ribonucleic acids(RNAs) play an important role in ontogenesis and the development of many diseases.More and more studies show that noncoding RNAs are closely related to the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation.Investigating the molecular mechanisms and interactive networks of noncoding RNAs have important significance on providing early prediction of AF susceptibility,evaluating the prognosis of patients and finding new therapeutic targets.The purpose of this report is to systematically review the molecular mechanisms of noncoding RNAs in the development and maintenance of AF.
