【摘要】 目的介绍临床药师在冠心病重症监护病房开展药学服务的要点。方法从抗菌药物的使用、特殊患者的药物用法用量调整、关注药物相互作用、规范用药途径、药物重整及对患者家属的用药宣教6个方面阐述了临床药师在冠心病监护病房的要点。结果与结论临床药师在冠心病重症监护病房的工作促进了临床用药合理、规范,体现了临床药师的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the experience of clinical pharmacists in coronary care unit(CCU).Methods The paper expounds the experience of clinical pharmacists in CCU from these aspects: the use of antimicrobial agents,adjustment of usage and dosage of drugs in special patients,normalize route of administration,concern on drug interactions,medication reconciliation,and the implementation of medical education for guardian of patients.Results and conclusion The clinical pharmacists play a proper role in rational drug use in CCU.更多还原
