性别和乙醛脱氢酶2基因多态性对冠心病患者血浆脂蛋白(a)水平的影响
Effects of gender and polymorphism of aldehyde dehydrogenases 2 genotypes on lipoprotein(a) among patients with coronary heart disease
【摘要】 目的观察性别和乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)基因型对冠心病患者脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的影响。方法共纳入772例冠心病患者,其中男性患者561例,女性患者211例,分别分析烟酒史、性别、ALDH2基因型对患者Lp(a)的影响。结果在男性患者中,至少近6个月内完全没有吸烟和饮酒史及近6个月内有吸烟和饮酒史的Lp(a)浓度分别为(24.82±17.80),(24.92±19.72)mg·dL-1,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性患者和女性患者的Lp(a)浓度分别为(25.47±19.02),(30.38±23.01)mg·dL-1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ALDH2野生型和突变型男性患者的Lp(a)浓度分别为(24.86±19.17),(27.12±18.54)mg·dL-1;ALDH2野生型和突变型女性患者的Lp(a)浓度分别为(29.06±24.62),(33.02±19.27)mg·dL-1,其组内和组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论女性患者合并ALDH2突变是冠心病患者Lp(a)水平增高的风险因素。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of gender and polymorphism of aldehyde dehydrogenases 2( ALDH2) genotypes on lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a) ]levels among patients with coronary heart disease( CHD)disease. Methods A total of 772 subjects( 561 males and 211 females)diagnosed with CHD were enrolled in this study. Among the male patients the effects of smoking and drinking habits on Lp(a) levels were studied.Then after excluding the effects of smoking and drinking habits,the effects of gender on Lp(a) levels were studied. Finally,the effects of ALDH2 genotypes were discussed. Results In this study,we found that male patients with different life styles of alcohol drinking and tobacco smoking got similar Lp( a) levels [( 24. 82 ± 17. 80) vs( 24. 92 ± 19. 72)mg · dL-1 and( P > 0. 05) ]. Gender and ALDH2 genotypes had significant effects on Lp( a) levels. The female patients got higher Lp( a)levels than the male patients [( 30. 38 ± 23. 01) vs( 25. 47 ± 19. 02)mg·dL-1and( P < 0. 01) ]. The patients with mutant ALDH2 genotypes got higher Lp( a) levels than that with wide types [( 29. 06 ± 24. 62) vs( 33. 02 ± 19. 27) mg · dL-1 and P > 0. 05]. Conclusion Female patients combined with mutant ALDH2 genotypes were risk factors for high Lp( a) levels,which may also increase the risk of getting CHD.
