【摘要】 合同控制是医院内部控制的重要组成部分,其内部控制的有效性直接影响医院经营效率和效果。完善合同控制,有利于维护医院的权益,防范与控制法律和相关业务风险,提高管理效率。文章通过分析合同控制存在的问题,结合浙江大学医学院附属第一医院对合同控制的实践,以《行政事业单位内部控制规范(试行)》为依据,以JCI评审为契机,对实施合同控制中取得的成绩和存在的问题进行分析与总结,旨在为医院合同控制工作有效实施提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contract control is the important component of the internal control of hospitals,and the effectiveness of internal control directly affects the efficiency and effectiveness of hospital operation. To improve contract control is beneficial to protecting the rights and interests of the hospital,preventing and controlling the legal and related business risks,and improving management efficiency. Through analyzing problems of contract control,combining w ith the practice in the First Affiliated Hospital to M edical College of Zhejiang University,basing on the Internal Control Standard in Administrative Institutions( trial),and taking JCI accreditation as an opportunity,the authurs analyze and summarize the achievements and existing problems in the implementation of contract control,aiming at providing reference for the effective implementation of hospital contract control.更多还原
