【摘要】 目的了解不同级别医疗机构医疗用水微生物污染现状及其影响因素,为规范医疗用水的消毒监测提供科学依据。方法抽取不同等级综合医院的口腔科、血液透析室、ICU、手术室和内镜室等用水标本230份,对水源、日常消毒情况调查并进行微生物学检验。结果不同类型的医疗用水总合格率为79.8%,口腔科用水合格率最低,且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=10.7,P<0.05),不同季节比较分析,提示温度等外界环境也应作为影响医疗用水质量的因素。结论需要完善消毒监测标准,综合考虑水质的影响因素,探讨更合理的消毒模式,保证医疗用水质量及医疗安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To learn about the microbial contamination of medical water and its influencing factors in medical institutions at different levels,and provide scientific basis for regulating medical w ater disinfection monitoring. Method: The authors of the paper extracted 230 medical w ater specimens from the departments such as dental,blood dialysis room,ICU,operating room and endoscopy room in comprehensive hospitals at different levels and made the investigation on w ater sources,daily disinfection and microbiological tests. Result: They found thatthe total pass percentage of different types of medical w ater is 79. 8%,dental w ater yield is the low est,and the difference is statistically significant( χ2= 10. 7,P < 0. 05).
