【摘要】 从制度、产业、组织间、组织和管理者5个层次构建一个多层次情境嵌入的分析框架,对2000~2015年间发表在41种管理类重要期刊上,有关委托代理理论在管理研究中的应用的93篇大样本实证论文,使用文献计量分析和内容分析法,从论文发表的数量、研究主题、数据来源和统计方法以及理论应用等方面,总结委托代理理论的应用状况,并从情境、理论、研究设计和实践应用4个方面,提出委托代理理论在中国管理研究中进一步深化发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 We develop a multi-level context-embedded framework from institution-level,industrylevel,interorganization-level,firm-level and individual-level to evaluate 93 empirical research articles related to principal-agent theory in results of management research from 41 important management academic journals issued between 2000 and 2015,and we use bibliometric and content analysis to summarize the application status and research hot spot of empirical papers of principal-agent theory in Chinese management research from five aspects including published trend,research contents,date source,statistical methods,and theory foundations.Finally,from context,theory,method and appliance aspects,some suggestions are put forward about the future study direction of principal-agent theory in Chinese management research.更多还原
