一种新型Al3+荧光探针的合成及其在食品中的应用
Synthesis of a novel fluorescence probe for Al3+ and its application in foods
【摘要】 设计合成了一种新型的Al3+荧光探针L(((E)-((8-羟基喹啉-2-基)亚甲基)氨基)-戊腈),并利用元素分析、核磁和质谱等方法对探针结构进行了表征.该探针在溶液中本身荧光很弱,但结合Al3+后荧光显著增强.由此,建立了一种测定Al3+的新方法.该方法对Al3+测定的线性范围为2.8×10-84.3×10-6 mol/L,检出限为8.3×10-9 mol/L,相对标准偏差为4.14%,回收率在100.1%105.4%之间,具有选择性好,灵敏度高,线性范围宽以及操作简单等优点.
【Abstract】 A novel fluorescent probe L(2,3-bis((E)-((8-hydroxyquinolin-2-yl)methylene)amino)maleonitrile)for Al3+ was designed and synthesized.The structure was fully characterized by elemental analyses,1H NMR and EI-MS.The fluorescence intensity of probe is very weak in solution,but probe fluorescence intensity increased obviously after combination with Al3+.Thus,a new method for the determination of Al3+ was established.It exhibits a dynamic response concentration range for Al3+ from 2.8×10-84.3×10-6 mol/L with a detection limit of 8.3×10-9 mol/L.Relative standard deviation was 4.14% and the recoveries were from 100.1% to 105.4%.The method showed advantages of excellent selectivity,high sensitivity,wide linear range and simplicity.
