狗舌草中三萜类化合物的研究
Study on triterpenes of Tephroseris kirilowii
【摘要】 采用硅胶柱色谱及HPLC等分离方法对狗舌草正己烷提取物进行分离纯化,得到5个化合物.依据波谱数据分析鉴定它们的结构分别为:butyrospermol(1),白桦醇(2),羽扇豆醇(3),异巴耳三萜醇(4),24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(5).其中,化合物1,4为首次从狗舌草全草中分离得到.
【Abstract】 The chemical constitutes were isolated and purified by chromatography of silica gel column and HPLC from n-hexane extract of Tephroseris kirilowii,and the structures were elucidated by spectral analysis.Five compounds were isolated and identified as butyrospermol(1),betulinic alcohol(2),lupeol(3),Isobauerenol(4),24-methylenecycoartanol(5).The compound 1 and 4 isolated from Tephroseris kirilowii for the first time.
