【摘要】 分子生物学实验技术作为生命科学研究的基本手段,是每个与生物学相关专业的研究生必须掌握的实验技术.实验教学对于培养学生的实践能力和创新能力具有不可替代的作用.果蔬生理生化理论及实验技术课程的开设,可以提高研究生的动手能力,为开展其后续的研究项目和论文写作奠定理论和实验基础.因此,对该课程进行了一系列的创新尝试,取得了很好的效果,提出并制定了适应新形势下的教学内容和模式.主要表现在2个方面:实验模块创新和课程建设创新.通过这些创新教学,使课程教学效果突出,学生创新能力进一步提高,从而促进教学质量迈进了新的台阶.更多还原
