【Abstract】 Nowadays, with the development of the Internet technology and the larger number of China’s Internet users, online public opinion reached an unprecedented level. This paper uses the ideas of system theory to analyze the emergency management of online public opinion, define its main body, functions, purposes and environment. According to the main body, this paper divide this system to four subsystems: event subsystem, government subsystem, public subsystem and media subsystem. Also, this essay build its logic structure model. This will be helpful to the decision making of the emergency management of online public opinion.更多还原
