C-HRA-1镍基支吊架焊接工艺研究

【摘要】 C-HRA-1是我国自主开发的25Cr-20Co-Al-Ti-Nb镍基高温合金并首次被应用到我国700℃超超临界试验平台中,由其焊接制造的镍基支吊架在焊后及时效后出现大量裂纹。返修后裂纹依然无法去除。通过改变焊接顺序、焊道排列、焊接参数及起收弧位置解决了C-HRA-1镍基支吊架角焊缝裂纹问题,焊后及800℃×4h时效热处理后100%PT检查无任何缺陷。

【Abstract】 China’s own development of 25Cr-20Co-Al-Ti-Nb nickel-based superalloy called CHRA-1,was first applied to China’s 700℃ ultra-supercritical test platform.Supporting seat is composed of C-HRA-1,after welding and Aging treatment there are large number of cracks in the weld.After repairing acoording to the original process,the crack did not eliminate.By changing welding sequence,bead arrangement,welding parameters and position of arc starting and stopping,crack eliminate by 100%PT inspection;after aging treatment of 800℃×4h,100%PT inspection for fillet weld no crack arise.
