【Abstract】 Agricultural machinery cooperatives appear in specific economic and social environment,and the institutional environment is very important during their development.Changes of property rights system,allocation system,and internal governance system were summarized and analyzed,based on the planned economy period,the transition period,and the market economy period.Thus,basic rules,main characteristics,and influencing factors of institutional changes were discussed.更多还原
