【Abstract】 National Key R & D Program is one of the leading technologies in China,which starts earlier and reforms intensified.The features and management requirements of special project in National Key R & D Program were analyzed,and the existing problems of traditional scientific research management were pointed out.Thus,some measures and suggestions for managing National Key R & D Program were proposed,including clearing the management system,strengthening process management,enhancing communication,improving the system,and so on.更多还原
