新型高效前犁后旋施肥播种机结构设计
Structural design on new type of high-efficiency fertilization seeder with plowing and rotary tillage functions
【摘要】 为解决现有秸秆还田机具作业效果不理想,秸秆埋覆深度浅等实际问题,设计一种多功能组配式耕种复式作业机,一次进地实现犁翻、旋耕、施肥、播种等多项作业。重点介绍整机结构及其工作原理,确定机具关键部件的结构形式和主要参数。通过试验表明,该机具工作性能稳定,秸秆埋覆效果好、播种深度均匀一致,作业效率高,能够满足旱田秸秆还田复式作业要求。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the unsatisfactory operation effect,and shallow depth of existing straw returning machinery,a multi-functional cultivator was designed,which can complete plowing,rotary tilling,fertilizing,seeding and some other operations at one time.The overall structure and working principle were emphatically introduced,and then,structural forms and parameters of the key components were determined.This designed machine has characteristics of stable operating performance,good returning effects,uniform seeding depth,and high working efficiency,which can meet the multiple requirements of straw returning on dry farmland.
