【Abstract】 RCA~2 is further improved basing on RCA. Actions and control parts of resultand process have been added to RCA~2, which has clearly pointed out that the final goal of actions would be improvement of actions and results so as to increase action efficiency and result effectiveness as well as recurrence of adverse events.
