【Abstract】 Clinical nurse shortage has been a serious issue in recent years. The nursing mobile library as a new form of human resource emerged to alleviate nurse shortage. This paper reviewed the complexity management of nurse mobile library, including the requirement of library staff, the selection methods and conditions, job responsibilities, training and performance appraisal review.
