【摘要】 目的:调查宁夏三级综合医院护士《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》(以下简称"静疗规范")实践与认知现状,为宁夏静脉治疗护理技术质量的改进提供线索。方法:于2016年3-4月,采用"护士静脉治疗护理技术操作规范实践认知调查表"对宁夏7所三级综合医院3 525名护士进行调查。结果:宁夏三级甲等医院与三级乙等医院护士在对"静疗规范"认知,"静疗规范"实施时间、培训、修订相关护理制度及标准和流程等实践,以及对培训组织者的认知上,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应根据宁夏不同等级三级综合医院护士静脉治疗护理技术操作规范实践与认知差异进行针对性改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the cognition on nursing practice standards for intravenous therapy among nurses at tertiary general hospitals in Ningxia, in order to provide reference for the improvement of the quality on intravenous therapy. Methods: The questionnaire of cognition on nursing practice standards for intravenous therapy was used to investigate from March to April in 2016. Results: There was statistically significant(P<0.05) difference between Grade A and Grade B hospitals in Ningxia in terms of time to implement intravenous nursing practice standards for intravenous therapy, improving the quality of nursing, clinical training, application and revision of the related nursing system, quality control standards, operational procedures and training organizers’ cognition. Conclusion: Differences may exist in the cognition on nursing practice standards for intravenous therapy among nurses at different grade tertiary general hospitals in Ningxia general hospitals in Ningxia.更多还原
