【Abstract】 Making a summing up of the practical experience of nursing management in the background of medical union. Two approaches to nursing management have been proposed: implantable management would be adopted in the entrusted management of public hospitals; meanwhile, strategies of talent cultivation, professional guidance and resource sharing could be used in the loose union hospitals.更多还原
