【摘要】 目的 :构建科学、客观、可行的临床护士核应急救援知识体系。方法 :在已构建的核应急护理救援流程的基础上,结合文献分析及相关规定初步编制临床护士核应急救援知识体系框架,采用德尔菲专家咨询法进行2轮专家咨询,确定指标及各指标重要程度,构建临床护士核应急救援知识体系。结果 :构建的临床护士核应急救援知识体系涵盖一级指标3项,二级指标12项,三级指标48项,专家咨询代表性和可信度高。结论 :基于核应急救援流程的临床护士核应急救援知识体系为研究临床护士核应急救援知识水平提供了科学依据,为核应急护理救援培训提供了参考意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a scientific, objective and practical knowledge system in nuclear emergency for nurses. Methods: The preliminary knowledge indicators were formulated based on literature review, related regulations and the emergency nursing rescue process in nuclear accident. Then, the indicators were determined by two rounds of Delphi consultation. Results: The nuclear emergency knowledge system included 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level and 48 third-level indicators. The experts’ authority and reliability were high. Conclusion: The knowledge system could provide a scientific tool for evaluating the nurses’ nuclear rescuer knowledge level. It is also helpful for nurses’ training.更多还原
