【摘要】 从制度文化的视角来看,高校反腐倡廉建设不仅要着眼制度文本的制定、颁布和执行,还需认真研究制度文本所承载的精神、价值、科学性等文化因素,通过文化的共识功能使高校师生自觉认同制度的权威性;同时,将反腐倡廉工作所倡导的价值理念通过制度的实施运用于实践,通过文化外化于行的实践功能增强制度的执行力,最终推动形成以文化涵养制度,以制度承载文化的良性转化机制,提升高校反腐倡廉实效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Institution and culture have a prominent function and value in anti-graft work at universities. From the perspective of institution and culture, anti-graft construction at universities requires not only the formulation, promulgation and implementation of institutional texts, but also the careful study of the cultural elements such as the spirit, values and scientificity in the institutional texts, thus enabling the faculty and students to consciously accept institutional authority through cultural consensus, while also putting the values and ideas advocated in the anti-graft work into practice through institutional implementation, and strengthening institutional enforcement through the practical function of culture. This work culminates in promoting the establishment of a positive transformation mechanism of nurturing institution through culture and carrying forward culture through institution, and improving the effectiveness of anti-graft work in universities.更多还原
