【Abstract】 The University of Applied Sciences(FH) is the main force of engineering talents training in Germany. The FH model based on its characteristics of talent training has been the hot topic at present.Learning from the FH model is the most important focus point of Chinese colleges and universities reform,especially for the local ones.
