【摘要】 作为创新人才培养汇聚以及推动科技向现实生产力转化的主阵地,高校应探索构建以学科交叉为核心的研究生人才培养体系。这一体系在实现系统运行目标的同时,能够同步实现学科科学研究和人才培养双重功能的有效转化,其目标指向是培养拔尖创新人才。为此,在坚持学科交叉融合理念的前提下,一要构建以提升科研能力为目标的交叉学科平台;二要建设致力于培养复合型人才的交叉学科师资;三要优化人才培养模式以实现学科创新功能转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the main positions in training and converging innovators as well as in promoting transformation of science and technology to practical productivity, Chinese universities should explore to establish the graduate cultivate system around the core idea of disciplines-crossing. This system can cultivate creative and outstanding talents when it is operating, in the meanwhile, it can also realize the discipline’s functions conversion which including scientific research and talent training. So, under the premise of promoting disciplines-crossing, we would work towards three objectives: building interdiscipline platform in order to raise graduate students’ research capacity, building interdiscipline teachers’ team in order to cultivate compound graduate students, on the base of optimizing the model of training talents to turn the discipline’s functions into graduate students’ innovation ability.更多还原
