工业设计工程专业学位研究生校企联合培养基地建设与实践——以南京林业大学为例

【摘要】 我国全日制专业学位研究生培养正处于迅速发展时期,研究生校企联合培养基地的建设对于提升专业学位研究生实践能力、培养复合型高层次应用型人才具有十分重要的意义。文章结合工业设计工程专业学位研究生教育现状,以南京林业大学为例,积极探索校企合作实践基地建设的有效机制,形成了工业设计专业学位研究生"产学协同"培养模式,实现"校-企-生"多赢目标,研究成果可为工程类专业学位研究生实践基地建设提供有益借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In our country, the full-time professional degree postgraduates educations in rapid development period. The construction of school-enterprise joint training base for postgraduates is of great significance to improve the practical ability of professional degree graduates and to cultivate a compound and high-level application-oriented talents. Based on the current education situation of postgraduates in major of industrial design and engineering, taking Nanjing Forestry University as an example, this paper explores the effective mechanism of the practice base construction of school-enterprise cooperation. Accordingly, the training mode of "production,study and cooperation" for professional degree postgraduates’ major of industrial design has been formed, and the win-win goal of "School-Enterprise-Postgraduate" has been realized, which provides reference for the construction of practical bases for professional degree postgraduates of Master of Engineering.更多还原
