研究生教育成本分担背景下理科院系“分层式”助研体系的构建

【摘要】 研究生教育成本分担制度实施以来,我国各高校都进行了研究生培养机制的改革,设立了较为全面的"助管""助教"体系,但"助研"体系相对薄弱。通过分析研究生教育成本分担制度背景下,院系培养单位合理优化配置资源的必要性和可行性,探讨了结合学科特点在院系层面上构建"分层式"助研体系的问题,旨在更好地推进研究生"三助"工作的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the implementation of the cost sharing in graduate education, the colleges and universities in our country have carried out the graduate cultivation reform, setting up a more comprehensive "Help Assistant", "Teacher Assistant" system, but "Research Assistant " system is relatively weak. By analyzing Research Assistance System under the background of cost sharing in graduate education and the necessity and feasibility of rationally optimizing the resources of the faculty, this paper discusses the construction of the "hierarchical" research assistant system in the faculty level, aims to promote the graduate "three-assistance" carried out better.更多还原
