制度完善加先锋引领释放研究生党支部新活力——基于南京大学物理学院研究生党建创新模式的探索和实践

【摘要】 高校理工科研究生党支部的设置不仅具有基层党建的共性,同时也存在着一定的特殊性。随着研究生群体个性化与多元化的发展,研究生党支部建设亦面临着许多新的问题和挑战。创新高校理工科研究生党支部设置模式,多层次、多角度创建研究生党建工作平台成为高校研究生党建工作不可或缺的一部分。文章主要分析了目前高校理工科研究生支部建设中存在的基本问题,以南京大学物理学院研究生支部建设为例,从科学合理设置研究生党支部,积极完善考核监督机制,不断加强思想教育与理论学习,做好入党积极分子培养工作和组织发展工作以及努力提高研究生党支部主题党日活动质量,充分发挥研究生党员先锋模范作用等多方面探讨研究生党建创新模式的探索。以期完善党支部建设的长效机制,切实提高高校党建工作科学化水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formation of Postgraduate Party Branch of science majors has the similarity with the grass-roots party construction,as well as its individuality. With the development of the personality and diversity of graduate students, the construction of postgraduate Party branch also faces many new problems and challenges. The innovation in the set mode of Postgraduate Party Branch of science majors, along with the working platform constructed from multiple levels has become an indispensable part of the construction of Postgraduate Party Branch. The thesis mainly analyzed the fundamental problems existing in the construction of Postgraduate Party Branch of science majors. Taking school of physics in Nanjing university for example, we explore innovation construction mode of Postgraduate Party Branch from the following aspects, like scientifically forming the branch, actively improving the supervision and examination mechanism, continuously strengthening ideological education and theoretically learning, in order to improve the education,organization and development work of active applicants for CPC membership, as well as the quality of the thematic party day activities, thus it will motivate graduates to play pioneer roles in daily life. All in all, we are looking forward to improving the long-time mechanism and effectively raising the scientific level of the Party branch construction in college.更多还原
