【Abstract】 It is the problem that each teacher in the three-year clinical medical college has to think about how to improve the teaching quality of three-year community medical education and cultivate the qualified general medical practitioner, who would like to go to rural area and would like to retain, hang on there, for the rural grass-roots hospitals and the basic-city community medical hospitals. Good training method is the guarantee of training qualified talents. This paper provide some references about the necessity of three-year community general medical education, and the training target, training mode and so on to develop a more perfect training plans.更多还原
